WhatsApp reminders — yearly plan
WhatsApp reminders is a yearly plan. For the birth star or rasi you choose, we send three reminders for every Chandrashtama: the day before, when it begins, and before it ends. It needs an account with a verified email address and a WhatsApp number you have confirmed.
The price is shown before you pay. The plan renews every year at the same price, charged through the auto-pay mandate you set up with Razorpay (UPI AutoPay). Your bank or UPI app tells you before each renewal charge.
You can cancel at any time from the Plan page in your account. Cancelling stops the next charge; your reminders continue until the end of the year you have paid for. If a renewal payment fails, reminders continue for 3 days from the first failed attempt while your bank tries again, and then stop.
Replying STOP on WhatsApp pauses the reminders but does not cancel the plan, and the plan keeps renewing. To end the plan, cancel it.
Delivery also depends on WhatsApp, your phone and your connection, so we cannot promise that every message arrives; if something goes wrong on our side we put it right. The timings are provided for guidance and are not advice.
The plan is for your own use. If you set it up for someone else, please have their agreement.
Chandrashtama planner — one-time purchase
The Chandrashtama planner is a personalised PDF prepared for the people and the months you choose. It is a one-time payment and does not renew.
The planner opens on screen as soon as the payment goes through, and a download link is sent to your email. The link works for 30 days from the day of purchase.
The planner is for your own and your family's use. It may not be resold or shared publicly.
The timings in the planner are calculated from the star or rasi you give us. They are provided for guidance and are not advice.
Payments are not refunded, except a duplicate charge. What we do if something goes wrong on our side is set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
