Privacy Policy

This website can be browsed without creating an account or logging in. An account is needed only for WhatsApp reminders, described below.

Limited technical data such as IP address, browser details, referrer information, and performance or security logs may be collected by hosting infrastructure.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.

Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting <a href="https://www.google.com/settings/ads" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="text-accent hover:underline">Ads Settings</a>.

Cookies may be used for analytics, performance, or advertising features when those services are enabled.

If third-party advertising services are activated, those providers may process data under their own policies.

When you buy a planner, your email address, optional WhatsApp number, and the name, rasi and star of each person in it are used only to create and deliver the planner and its monthly reminder email. They are kept in the Razorpay payment record; email is sent through Resend. Please have family members’ agreement before adding their details.

For planner purchases we do not store these details in our own database. Your download link is a private, signed token valid for 30 days, and report download pages are excluded from search-engine indexing.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

WhatsApp reminders need an account. Accounts are run by Clerk: you sign in with a code sent to your email, or with Google. We never hold a password.

To provide the service we keep, in our own database: your email address, name, language and timezone; the name, birth star (with pada) and rasi of the person the reminders are for; your WhatsApp number; your plan status, billing period and payment records (Razorpay reference numbers only); your reminder settings; a record of the WhatsApp consent you gave; and the reminders we have scheduled or sent, with their delivery status. Your card or UPI details never reach us.

We confirm that a WhatsApp number is yours by a code you send us from your phone. The number is encrypted at rest; we keep a one-way hash of it to match your replies. If you change your number, the old one is deleted within 30 days.

On WhatsApp we send only reminders about your own Chandrashtama and replies to messages you send us. Never promotions, bills or receipts; anything about payment comes by email.

The account pages carry no ads and no Google Analytics. Clerk uses the cookies needed to keep you signed in. In a browser where you have paid, we leave a small note in the browser itself, with no personal data in it, so that our public pages stop offering you the plan.

Processors we rely on: Clerk (accounts and sign-in), Razorpay (payments and the auto-renewal mandate), Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Cloud API), Resend (email), Neon (database) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own policy.

Replying STOP on WhatsApp stops the reminders at once, and START resumes them. Neither cancels your plan; you cancel the plan from the Plan page in your account.

You can delete your account at any time from its Settings page. Deleting it cancels the auto-renewal mandate, stops any unsent reminders and erases your profile and WhatsApp number. Payment references and the consent history (holding your number only as a hash) are kept, as legal and accounting rules require. The log of reminders sent is deleted after 13 months.
