Will it renew automatically?
No. One payment covers one year and nothing is charged on its own. We email you before the year ends, and you can start a new year from your account.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are not refunded, except a charge taken twice. If something goes wrong on our side, we put it right and add three months of reminders free.
What if I change my number?
Change it in settings and confirm the new number with one message. Until then, reminders keep going to the old one.
Rasi or birth star?
Your rasi is enough: Chandrashtama is worked out from the rasi the Moon was in when you were born. If you know your birth star, you can choose that instead.
